FAIRFIELD, NJ — Schuman Cheese revealed it is bringing some of its award-winning cheeses to a new line of dips and spreads.

The company debuted Delve with three flavors: Basil Pesto Parm, Garlic Herb Asiago and Whipped Feta.

The pesto spread/dip features Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, while the garlic blend includes Cello Asiago and the Mediterranean dip/spread incorporates Dodoni Feta Cheese, which Schuman Cheese noted is made from Greek pasteurized sheep and goat milk.

What’s more, the cheese maker shared that each Delve flavor is made using Cello Mascarpone as its base for a “smooth, decadent texture.”

"We are thrilled to introduce Delve dips and spreads, a product that reflects our dedication to quality, innovation and craftsmanship," Schuman Cheese chief business development officer Allison Schuman said. "By combining the finest ingredients with our exceptional cheeses, we've created a truly indulgent snackable offering that elevates any occasion."

Ahead of the product’s launch, Schuman Cheese entered Delve flavors for consideration at the 2024 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. Delve Garlic Herb Asiago won the cold pack cheese spread category and Delve Basil Pesto Parm took third.

Schuman Cheese said its 16 oz Delve tubs launched at Costco locations and 6 oz tubs will debut in February at Wakefern (ShopRite) locations.
