LYNN PETRAK

Lynn Petrak has more than 25 years’ experience in food reporting and communications, including stints with the National Live Stock and Meat Board and the Dairy Council of Wisconsin. In addition, she has written extensively for trade publications including Dairy Field, Meat+Poultry, and Baking &Snack, among others.

Formerly the editor of Dairy Field Magazine, Pamela Accetta Smith has spent her career in the trade publishing business, creating content and strategy for companies large and small.
