RICHMOND, UTAH – Casper’s Ice Cream, a subsidiary of MidOcean Partners, named Russell Stokes as its chief executive officer.
Stokes joins Casper’s from Kind, where he most recently was CEO. Previously, Stokes was chief strategy officer at Mars.

Casper’s Ice Cream is a branded and co-pack manufacturer of ice cream and frozen novelties. The company owns such brands as Church Baby, FatBoy and Joy Llama and manufactures bars, cones, cups, sandwiches and sticks.
