SAINT GÉRÉON, FRANCE — International dairy ingredients supplier EPI Ingredients debuted its new additive-free butter powder.
The company said its latest innovation is formulated with natural milk fat, offering a clean label for manufacturers.
Epi Ingredients said its additive-free butter powder may be used in such applications as pastry and baked foods, premixes and mixes, as well as sauces, ready meals and dairy products.
The dairy ingredients specialist added that the powder’s characteristics include matrix incorporation, good dispersion and hydration, and ease of storage.
