MINNEAPOLIS – Leaning into bold flavor options and enriching classic recipes, Crystal Farms Dairy Company introduced 10 new products.

The company’s premium processed cheese slices, Deluxe Melts, not only come in Classic, Smoky & Peppered, and White American flavors, but also Ghost Pepper.

Crystal Farms shared that it created its Deluxe Melts for burgers, sandwiches and more.

"We surveyed and listened to our consumers who wanted bold, spicy flavors and unique items in the cheese aisle," said Andrew Cannon, the Midwest dairy company’s associate director of marketing. "We believe this new lineup of products will appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers seeking flavor exploration and convenience in their meals and snacks."

Consumers also will soon find the company’s new shredded blends in the dairy aisle.. As the name suggests, Perfect Grilled Cheese was formulated to make it even easier to create a flavorful grilled cheese sandwich. The blend includes Monterey Jack, sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses. The Triple Cheddar blend, meanwhile, includes white sharp, sharp and mild varieties of cheddar.

Adding to the company’s snacking options, Crystal Farms also launched Snack Cubes in Gouda, White Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Marble Jack flavors.

Crystal Farms shared that it sources a majority of its dairy from the Midwest each year and is committed to investing in the future of farming.

"We believe the best dairy comes from our region, and we're excited about how these new products will continue to bring attention to the hard work of heartland farmers while providing new varieties to consumers," said Tim Bratland, president at Crystal Farms.

The cheese processor said its latest creations will arrive this spring at grocery retailers.
