NEW YORK – Low-sugar frozen dessert manufacturer Enlightened ushered in the new year with a novel take on frozen yogurt, launching three flavors of its new snack, Frozen Yogurt Bark.

Made with Greek yogurt, premium chocolate and freshly frozen fruit, the product line is available in Triple Berry, Banana Peanut Butter and Pineapple Coconut flavors.

In 2023, Enlightened debuted Greek yogurt bars, as well as pints made with Greek yogurt.

"We are thrilled to introduce our Frozen Yogurt Bark to the growing frozen snacking category," said Michael Shoretz, chief executive officer and founder of Enlightened. "This new line marks our continued commitment to providing exciting new treats that don't compromise on taste or nutrition."

The company shared the new snacks contain 4 grams of protein and 110 calories per serving.

Enlightened produced its Triple Berry flavor with a Greek yogurt and white chocolate base that includes frozen strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The Banana Peanut Butter flavor’s base is made with Greek yogurt and dark chocolate, which is accompanied by peanut butter and pieces of frozen bananas. Pineapple Coconut also features a Greek yogurt and white chocolate base, while it is topped with frozen pineapple and shredded coconut.

The company said the products are available at Walmart and Raleys locations.
