NEENAH, WIS. – Specialty dairy product manufacturer Galloway Company introduced Tasha Olson as the processor’s new director of quality assurance, food safety, and research and development.
Galloway, which produces custom liquid concentrated dairy blends, said it combined previously separate departments and hired Olson to lead the company’s “mission to be the best provider of quality dairy products.”
With her experience in food science and technology integration, Olson is expected to help deliver greater efficiency and consistency to Galloway’s cream liqueurs and beverage bases, concentrated milk products, and frozen dairy dessert mix products, the company shared.
Previously, Olson worked for dairy and food science companies such as Fiberstar, where she helped develop products for international household brands and assisted in navigating global food regulations.
“We are very excited about bringing in such a technologically advanced and innovative mind to push our customer satisfaction and product innovation,” said Kevin Beauchamp, president at Galloway. “Olson’s drive for continuous improvement will help Galloway Company continue to strengthen our position as leaders in dairy processing.”
Olson said she was thrilled to join the Wisconsin-based manufacturer and help it “foster both business and community growth, inspiring generations of bright minds to shape the world of science and business.”
She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and went on to receive an MBA from George Fox University. Additionally, Olson is working toward a MERN Stack coding certificate at MIT.
A subsidiary of Galloway, Classic Mix Partners, manufactures dairy mixes, supplying customers throughout the United States.
