The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and Center for Dairy Research hosted CheeseExpo 2024, in Milwaukee from April 16-18. 

A look at some of the new ice creams, cheeses, butters, desserts, snacks and other dairy and dairy alternative products that were introduced and announced during the first couple of months of 2022.
