MADISON, WIS. — CheeseCon organizers revealed the slate of educational topics scheduled for the 2025 event, which is hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and Center for Dairy Research (CDR).

The knowledge sharing tailored for the dairy processing industry will begin April 16 in Madison, Wisconsin, with an opening keynote panel titled, “Mastering Change Management in Dairy’s Evolving Environment.”

Panel members set to take part in the discussion include Heather Anfang, president of dairy foods, executive vice president, Land O’Lakes, Inc.; Bob Sarver, president and chief executive officer, Great Lakes Cheese; and David Scharfman, vice president of growth, Specialty Cheese Company.

WCMA executive director John Umhoefer said the organization was pleased to partner with CDR to assemble the “brightest minds” in the dairy industry.
