MORTON GROVE, ILL. — Fermented dairy manufacturer Lifeway Foods, Inc. brought a wide variety to its single serve organic kefir lineup, adding 10 new flavor options.
Lifeway shared that global flavor insights and market research led to the assortment of new creations, which are lactose-free and feature “high-quality bioavailable nutrients,” such as protein, calcium, and 12 live and active probiotic cultures.
The new cultured whole milk products in Lifeway’s Flavor Fusions line are Pink Dragonfruit, Passionfruit Lychee, Hot Honey, Guava Jackfruit, Coconut Pineapple, Pistachio Rose Vanilla, Grapefruit Elderflower, Wild Blueberry Lavender, Taro Ube Latte and Matcha Latte.
Julie Smolyansky, president and chief executive officer at Lifeway, said the Flavor Fusions were created to bring excitement to the kefir category, which is known for its gut health benefits.

The company said the Flavor Fusion kefir products are shipping out to arrive at select independent and specialty stores throughout the country.
