WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. – Z Natural Foods’ line of specialty products now includes the company’s new Organic Oat Milk Powder.

As oat milk continues to grow in popularity among dairy alternative options, Jonathan Parker, director of nutrition and research for Z Natural Foods, said one reason for that is its high fiber content.

The non-dairy product also is gluten-free and includes natural protein. It’s an option for vegans, as well as those with lactose intolerance or gastrointestinal problems.

Additionally, the company pointed out that oats naturally contain a compound called beta-glucans, which also is found in certain mushrooms, including shiitake and maitake mushrooms, and has been studied for immune-boosting benefits.

The new Organic Oat Milk Powder comes in multiple sizes – a 1-lb bag for $15.99 (16 servings), 5-lb bag for $59.99 (80 servings), and a 50-lb bag for $524.99 (800 servings). The packaging is an air-locked, freezer-tight, resealable, stand-up foil pouch that can be safely stored for up to two years.
