MONTRÉAL — Canadian dairy manufacturer Saputo Inc. shared that chief operating officer Frank Guido stepped down from his role for personal reasons.
Saputo said president and chief executive officer Carl Colizza is taking on COO duties on an interim basis, as of the senior management change on Dec. 23.
The company in a statement thanked Guido “for his commitment and dedication throughout his years of service,” and wished him “the best in his future endeavors.”
Saputo made Guido its COO in September 2024, giving him a role that involved overseeing North America, Europe and international operations.
Previously, Guido served as president and COO for Saputo USA. His 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry also includes senior management roles in operations, supply chain, continuous improvement and finance.
