“At first BelGioioso was selling whole wheels, then 1/2s and 1/4s,” Krans said. “Now we try to prepare the cheese in the way the consumers are using it in their recipes for added convenience. Consumers love the convenience of sliced, diced, shaved, grated, crumbled and snack [formats].”
BelGioioso offers a wide variety of sliced products, including Fresh Mozzarella, Mild Provolone, Sharp Provolone, Fontina, Asiago and its Italian Cheese Board.
