MADISON, WIS. – The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and Center for Dairy Research (CDR) already are gearing up for the return of CheeseCon in 2025.

The co-hosts of the biannual event unveiled early details surrounding the conference, scheduled for April 15-17, 2025, in Madison, Wisconsin.

WCMA and CDR debuted an updated CheeseCon website, with exhibitor information, an introduction to networking opportunities tied to the show and other features.

Conference organizers bill CheeseCon as a premier cheese, butter and whey processing event, with more than 2,500 dairy processing industry leaders, personnel, suppliers and marketers expected to attend.

“WCMA is excited to partner with the Center for Dairy Research for the only event that combines engaging educational seminars, valuable networking opportunities, exciting celebrations honoring the industry's best and an expansive tabletop exhibit floor – all with a dairy processing focus,” said John Umhoefer, executive director at WCMA. “We look forward to sharing more details on this one-of-a-kind event in the months to come.”

Plans for the conference include one day of tabletop exhibits, with close to 400 booths, featuring dairy industry suppliers and partners, as well as educational seminars, a championship cheese auction and other events.

“No matter your position, whether you’re in production, quality and safety, human resources, marketing and sales, or company leadership, CheeseCon is the place for you,” said Judy Keller, senior director of events for WCMA.
