MONTREAL – Packaging systems manufacturer WeighPack Systems Inc. launched an innovation designed to accurately and efficiently fill bulk products into bags, boxes and containers.
The Canadian company specializes in precision weigh filling and packaging machinery, and shared that its new bulk weigh filling machine, PrimoLinear T-25 Twin Lane Net Weigher, integrates an in-line metal detector between the filling process and weigh bucket.
WeighPack said it designed the machine to, upon detecting any metal, isolate the affected load and direct product into an inspection bin.
"This machine is the result of our commitment to providing our customers with the best packaging solutions,” said Justin Taraborelli, vice president for the Montreal-based company. “We are confident that it will help businesses increase their productivity and efficiency."
The manufacturer noted that its new bulk weigh filling machine features three cascading pans per lane, as well as a PrimoLinear operating system, a digital camera with online support, an easy-to-clean design, and an adjustable conveyor.
