BUFFALO, NY – Lactalis American Group’s Galbani Cheese brand debuted two new varieties in its Marinated Ciliegine line, rolling out Garlic, Onion & Chives, and Spicy Pepper flavors.

The Italian cheese maker said the mozzarella products are marinated in oil and herbs, and infused with flavors.

Galbani shared that the new flavors may be used as an appetizer, salad topping or with pasta, among other recipes. Plus, the brand said leftover marinade may be utilized with chicken and fish, as a salad dressing, or for dipping with bread.

The new Garlic, Onion & Chives, and Spicy Pepper flavors launched first at ShopRite and Albertsons locations, and the company said a wider distribution will follow.
