DUBLIN – Irish dairy cooperative Ornua introduced Lindsay Brady as its new president of Ornua Foods North America.

The company, which markets and sells dairy products on behalf of its members, said Brady will lead its business in North America, where it has “ambitious growth plans” for Kerrygold in the United States and Latin America.

Formerly a general manager for Conagra Brands, Brady possesses 20-plus years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Ornua noted. Her career also has included time in senior leadership positions at Hillshire, Tyson Foods, General Mills and Campbell Soup Company.

In announcing Brady’s hiring, Ornua described her as “a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion and vastly experienced in developing strong business culture.”

Ornua interim chief executive Donal Buggy said Brady has proven experience shaping the growth of major household brands.

“Lindsay’s appointment reflects the ambition we have to further build the Kerrygold success story in the US market in particular, where there is significant potential for further growth,” Buggy said. “We look forward to working with Lindsay and wish her and the Ornua Foods North America team continued success as they pursue their ambitious development plans over the coming years.”
