Beginning in January, Unilever Ice Cream brands kicked off 2023 by launching a number of new ice cream flavors, frozen desserts and dairy alternative products for the country’s freezer aisles.

The Specialty Food Association’s sofi Awards, which celebrate innovation and great taste, honored a number of dairy companies and their products in 2022.

The winners were selected through a blind tasting process managed by Rutgers Food Innovation Center.
