IDFA's annual award recognizes outstanding leadership to enhance food safety in the dairy industry.

The Laureate Award honors dairy leaders for “significant, prolonged contributions."

Michael Dykes said the goal is to bring sectors of the industry together and find ways to “grow the pie” for everyone.

Winners of the IDFA Laureate Award, Innovative Dairy Farmer of the Year and IDFA Food Safety Leadership Award will be revealed at Dairy Forum 2023.
