Wisconsin cheeses swept 21 classes at the World Championship Cheese Contest.

Hornbacher received the best overall score (98.98) among 3,302 entries at the WCMA-hosted event in Madison, Wis.

WCMA recognized a World Championship Cheese Contest judge, as well as volunteers and the Danish Dairy Board.

World Championship Cheese Contest judges include cheese graders, cheese buyers, dairy science professors and researchers from 19 countries.

The company's philosophy revolves around quality ingredients, flavorful Italian cheeses.

The technical dairy evaluation hosted by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association drew 2,978 entries in 2022.
