BOULDER, COLO. — Frozen Greek yogurt bar company Yasso is expanding its portfolio with mochi.

The company’s newest product is wrapped in sweet rice dough and filled with frozen Greek yogurt. The mochi will be available in four varieties: chocolate, mango, vanilla and strawberry.

“This new platform allows consumers to reach for Yasso during new occasions and delivers on our brand promise of permissible indulgence, marrying superior, delicious taste with quality nutritionals, now in a new snackable format,” said Craig Shiesley, chief executive officer of Yasso.

Each individual mochi contains 80 calories and is gluten-free. The product is available direct-to-consumer at Yasso’s website, as well as at select retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $5.99 per 6-pack.
