DALLAS – The International Society of Beverage Technologists’ 69^th annual BevTech event is set for May 2-4, in Frisco, Texas.

The beverage focused conference features a forum for scientific and technical papers that cover numerous topics within the industry.

The BevTech schedule includes technical committee meetings that zero in on specific issues, as well as sessions covering everything from water and sweeteners to sanitation and packaging.

This year’s ISBT program will highlight such topics as US market trends, emerging processing systems, managing food safety, sustainability, presentation packaging and water reuse, to name a few.

The event’s organizers expect beverage industry presidents, owners, executives, scientists, managers, developers and more to attend.
