MIDDLETON, WIS. – Fristam Pumps USA announced the hiring of Ruby Carpenter as a bilingual customer service representative.

Carpenter will be responsible for assisting Latin American and US customers with technical support and customer service.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Carpenter has lived in Ecuador, Mexico and Spain, and has more than a decade worth of experience speaking and writing in Spanish.

A native of Wisconsin, Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Fristam Pumps manufactures sanitary centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, blenders and mixers used in the beverage, dairy, food and pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
