BURLINGTON, VT. – Ben & Jerry’s once again is leaning into its reputation for chunky and quirky ingredients with its newest ice cream flavor, Chewy Gooey Cookie.

The company’s latest creation features both milk chocolate and coconut ice creams, as well as fudge flakes, shortbread cookies and caramel swirls.

"This flavor is loaded,” said Craig Koskiniemi, the Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Guru who led the development of the new frozen dessert. “You cannot add any more chunks than what we've packed in there. It has a perfect balance of milk chocolate and coconut as a base, the caramel swirl for sweetness, and a great cookie crunch for texture.”

The new Chewy Gooey Cookie flavor will be available throughout the US during the first quarter of 2022, and already is starting to show up in some freezer aisles.
