DUBLIN – Truly Grass Fed debuted its new spreadable butter tubs at the 2022 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas.
The company first brought its Irish butter and cheese to the US market in 2019. The spreadable butter is the latest addition to Truly Grass Fed’s portfolio. It has just two ingredients: fresh sweet cream sourced from grass-fed cows and salt.
The company’s pasture-based grazing system and the cows’ summertime milk production lead to softer fats, which help give the butter a spreadable consistency.
Truly Grass Fed also sells salted and unsalted butter foil packs and sticks, ghee clarified butter, and wedges and hand-cut slices of natural aged and sharp cheddar cheese.
All of the company’s products are made from cows that are 95% grass-fed (average of one cow for every two acres), Non-GMO Project verified, Animal Welfare approved by A Greener World and free from growth hormones and antibiotics.
Its sustainably produced dairy products all come from Ireland, where the company’s co-op of 3,000 family farms are located. Truly Grass Fed’s stated approach involves a commitment to regenerative farming and responsibly produced dairy.
