COLUMBUS, OHIO – American music legend Dolly Parton’s popular signature ice cream flavor, Strawberry Pretzel Pie, is making a return, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams announced.

The limited edition ice cream, which sold out during its debut launch in April of 2021, dovetails with the upcoming release of Parton’s new album, “Run, Rose, Run.”

Fans can purchase the Strawberry Pretzel Pie dessert – up to 2 pints – online.

Jeni’s cited Parton as the inspiration for the Strawberry Pretzel Pie flavor, which is comprised of salty pretzel streusel, cream cheese ice cream, and strawberry sauce. Proceeds from the sales of the limited-run ice cream will benefit Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, which has gifted more than 173 million free books for children under the age of 5, in five countries.

The collaboration also gives fans the opportunity to pre-order a digital version of Parton’s upcoming album, with an exclusive 13^th track, “Rose of my Heart,” via jenis.com for $8.

The digital album is set to release on March 4, days before the launch of the novel, “Run, Rose, Run,” co-authored by Parton and James Patterson.

Per Jeni’s, Strawberry Pretzel Pie pints will ship to purchasers in April.
