BOULDER, COLO. -- The a2 Milk Company has announced that they will be releasing the market’s first half and half product designed to be easier to on those who have a hard time digesting conventional cow’s milk.

The new a2 Milk Half and Half is made from cows that naturally produce only the A2 beta-casein protein type, rather than the mix of A1 and A2 proteins that can cause stomach discomfort in A1-sensitive people. 

Containing only real cows’ milk and cream with no added sugar, the a2 Milk Half and Half delivers the taste and nutritional benefits of dairy. As the industry’s first half and half product made with A2 milk, this half and half will expand the options available to A1-sensitive consumers who don’t like the sweetness of lactose-free products and have had no plant-based half and half alternative.
