ST. FRANCIS, WIS. – Custom flavor manufacturer Wixon announced it hired Jason Baumwoll as its new account manager for the West Coast.

The company said Baumwoll will report to Terry Yakes, director of sales for its industrial ingredients division, as Wixon looks to reinforce its sales force.

“Jason has a strong B2B sales background in consultative food ingredient sales and is a key addition to our team,” Yakes said. “We look forward to watching him leverage his customer relationships and experience on the West Coast.”

Wixon shared that Baumwoll has worked in B2B food ingredient sales in the region for close to 10 years. He graduated from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and now lives in the San Francisco area.

The St. Francis, Wis.-based company makes seasoning blends, flavors and flavor technologies for food, beverage and nutritional companies.
