HOLLAND, MICH. – Machinery manufacturer Fogg Filler named Dale Newton as vice president and general manager of the company, which designs and manufactures rotary filling systems for the liquids industry.
Fogg, which is owned by ProMach Filling and Bottling Group, shared that Newton has 25-plus years of experience in global manufacturing, with a background in leading business expansion and product management. He most recently worked for food process technology company CPM Holdings, serving as global business unit leader and general manager in the thermal division.
"I am confident that Dale will be a great leader for Fogg, with his collaborative and empowering style of management, helping take Fogg to new heights in filling, capping and process systems," said Randy Uebler, senior vice president at ProMach.
Newton earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and his master’s from the College of William & Mary.
Fogg’s expertise in liquid filling systems includes rinsers, sanitizers, fillers, cappers and cap sorters. The supplier works with companies in dairy, juice, water, spirits, pharmaceutical, chemical and other consumer packaged goods markets.
