EDWARDSVILLE, ILL. – Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc., released a new limited edition variety pack of snack-sized ice cream bars dipped in chocolate, marking the company's first foray into novelty products.

Each multi-pack of Small Batch Premium Just Dipped Mini Classic Ice Cream Bars comes with 12 individually wrapped 1.5-oz bars and each box contains vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors.

"Nostalgic flavors are always on trend with consumers, and the idea for Small Batch Mini Ice Cream Bars came from the popularity of our Small Batch Ice Cream,” said Matt McClelland, chief executive officer and executive vice president at Prairie Farms. “Just like our ice cream, each bar starts with the basics – milk and cream from our family-owned dairy farms. Our dairy farmers' commitment to providing high-quality milk has kept our brand strong since 1938.”

The company partnered with country music trio Taylor Red, comprised of triplet sisters, to launch Prairie Farms’ debut in the novelty category. The sisters’ Instagram account features a post dedicated to the new snack-sized ice cream bars.
