SANTA BARBARA, CALIF. – McConnell’s Fine Ice Creams announced a new distribution partnership with Walmart that will bring the company’s artisanal products to more than 200 California locations.

The frozen desserts are made from scratch with local, natural and sustainable ingredients, per McConnell’s, which also touts the lack of stabilizers or additives of any kind in its ice creams.

The company’s products are made using pasteurized, grass-fed milk and cream, and McConnell’s shared all of its ice creams are made in-house, with a focus on premium ingredients and sustainability.

Walmart stores in California – 204 in total – will sell the following McConnell’s ice cream flavors: Sprinkle Cake, Sweet Cream Caramel Brownie, Sea Salt Cream & Cookies, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel Cookie and S'mores.

McConnell's Fine Ice Creams was founded in Santa Barbara, Calif., in 1949.
