MORTON GROVE, ILL. – Fermented dairy producer Lifeway Foods, Inc. revealed several new additions to its line of kefir beverages.

The company debuted two seasonal lowfat kefir flavors – Campfire S'mores and Rainbow Cake – as well as new organic whole milk flavors – Strawberry Banana and Organic Black Cherry – and Guava Lowfat Kefir during Natural Products Expo West 2023, in Anaheim, Calif.

"This show gives Lifeway the platform to share our brand story with an enthusiastic audience of passionate foodies who will get a preview of Lifeway's latest product innovations,” said Julie Smolyanksy, chief executive officer of the company. “We're excited to share our growing portfolio of versatile Lifeway products and connect with retailers looking to bring nutritious kefir to their shelves."

Per Lifeway, all of its lowfat and whole milk flavors are “up to 99% lactose-free, gluten-free and made with all natural, non-GMO ingredients.” The company shared that each serving contains 12 live and active probiotic cultures that support a healthy gut and immune system.

The new flavors are scheduled to arrive at retailers in April. Lifeway said its limited edition Rainbow Cake flavor honors Pride Month, while its limited edition Campfire S’mores flavor celebrates summer.
