MADISON, WIS. – The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association announced registration for CheeseCon 2023 will open on Oct. 12.
The dairy processing event that brings together industry experts in cheese, butter and whey is scheduled for April 4-6 in Madison, Wis.
Hosted by the WCMA and the University of Wisconsin’s Center for Dairy Research, the show was designed to offer dairy processors and manufacturers, exhibitors, suppliers, government employees and members of academia opportunities to network, as well as experience seminars, supplier exhibits and examples of excellence within the industry.
“CheeseCon is the only event that combines CDR’s world-class technical expertise, a 75,000-square-foot exhibit hall and ample opportunities for connection – all with a unique focus on dairy processing,” said Judy Keller, the WCMA’s events director. “There’s no better place to find all the knowledge and tools you need to grow and strengthen your business.”
A full registration pass for the event offers access to CheeseCon exhibits, seminars and networking events. Attendees also may opt for a single day pass for April 5 or 6.
Another option for dairy processors is attending April 5 exhibits and all networking events for $72 – if registered by Jan. 18. All who register by Jan. 18 get a 20% discount.
CheeseCon registration add-ons, such as the US Champions Awards Banquet and the WCMA Young Professionals Reception, also are available.
WCMA shared that attendees can book hotel rooms at special rates through the CheeseCon website, where those interested also can find additional registration information, a schedule of events, sponsorship details and more.
Additionally, anyone with questions regarding the three-day show can contact organizers via events@wischeesemakers.org or (608) 286-1001.
