TILLAMOOK, ORE. – Park-goers at Six Flags locations throughout the US now will be able to stop for some Tillamook County Creamery Association ice cream during their theme park excursions.
As part of a new partnership with Six Flags, Tillamook was named the “official scoopable ice cream” of the theme and water parks.
Available in cones or cups, Tillamook ice cream can be found in eight flavors at the parks: Butter Pecan, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, Oregon Strawberry, Rocky Road and Vanilla Bean. The ice cream will be promoted throughout the parks and the overall campaign will include Six Flags TV spots.
"We are thrilled with this new opportunity to partner with Six Flags to provide Tillamook Ice Cream to fun seekers out enjoying the park,” said Preston Simon, Tillamook’s director of foodservice. "Tillamook Ice Cream is sure to become a favorite of Six Flags' fans this summer."

In the future, Tillamook shared, the two sides plan to expand the partnership.
Tillamook’s ice cream includes extra cream – beyond the industry standard – and is made with rBST-free milk, with no artificial flavors or preservatives included.
