COLUMBUS, OHIO – Drawing inspiration from summer snacks at the pool, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams announced the addition of five new flavors to its portfolio.

The fresh collection of dessert options kicks off with the immediately available Watermelon Taffy flavor, which can be purchased at Jeni’s scoop shops and online through the company’s website.

Throughout the month of July, Jeni’s will release one new flavor from its “At the Pool” collection per week:

• Golden Nectar (July 7) is described as being reminiscent of a chilled summer chai, but without the tea. It also has pops of aerated toffee candy.

• Bombastix Sundae Cone (July 14) includes fudge and chocolate-covered chunks of waffle cone in its double vanilla base.

• Butterscotch Popcorn (July 21) is said to take on the flavors of buttery popcorn, with a butterscotch crunch.

• The last flavor, Lemon Bar (July 28), is a dairy-free ice cream made of coconut cream, with lemon and shortbread crust.

The complete summer lineup from Jeni’s will be available on the company's website, at its scoop shops and in some grocery stores.
