Agri-Mark appoints executive committee members

02.12.2025

ANDOVER, MD. — Northeast dairy farmer cooperative Agri-Mark, Inc.’s board of directors elected an executive committee to lead the organization for the coming year, and appointed advisory directors who will serve on the board for one year.

Agri-Mark shared that the board reelected chair James “Cricket” Jacquier, who has served in the role since 2020 and been a board member since 2011.

The executive committee members are:

• Chair: Jacquier, of Laurelbrook Farm, East Canaan, Conn.

• Vice chair: Clara Ayer, of Fairmont Farms, East Montpelier, Vt.

• Treasurer: Eugene Audet, of Blue Spruce Farm, Bridport, Vt.

• Secretary: Brian Lynch, of Lyndale Farm, Antwerp, NY

• Fifth executive: Walt Gladstone, of Newmont Farm, Bradford, Vt.

Jacquier said the board members are talented and dedicated farmers.

“I am eager to work with my fellow executive committee members and with the guidance of our advisory directors as we drive forward with energy and purpose,” Jacquier said. “Together, we are committed to accelerating our strategic initiatives and championing the success of our cooperative and fellow Agri-Mark farmers.”

In total, 14 Agri-Mark farmer-owners elected by their peers serve on the board of directors. The cooperative uses three-year terms for its directors, with new directors seated each January.

Advisory directors are filled by non-members who Agri-Mark said provide “guidance and subject-matter expertise” to the board.

This year, the board appointed Bill Lipinski (Hampden, Mass.) and Pat Muldoon (Lakeway, Texas) as advisory directors.

Agri-Mark farmers provide milk for Cabot Creamery products, the McCadam cheese brand, and whey and milk protein products.
